So what concentration should you start for niacinamide? Niacinamide typically ranges between 2 to 10%. If you're suffering from a skin barrier issue, hydration problem, or slightly oily skin, you should start at 2%. 2% is more than enough or is effective enough to repair your skin barrier and to increase hydration.

Ang daming naglalabasang sunscreen! Pero ano ba talaga yung SPF at PA+++ na yan? Linawin natin. Dapat yung sunscreen na pipiliin mo ay may broad spectrum. Ibig sabihin may protection ito from both UVA at UVB rays.
Yung SPF, iniindicate nito yung protection from UVB rays. Para sa daily use, dapat SPF 30 pataas. Lalo na kung matagal ka sa arawan, mainam kung mag-SPF 50 ka na.
Yung PA grade naman, iniindicate nito yung level of protection from UVA rays. Yung high UVA protection ay PA+++. Yung extremely high naman ay PA++++.

Niacinamide, otherwise known as vitamin B3. The main function of niacinamide is to enhance your skin barrier, reduce sebum production, helps regulate acne, helps reduce redness and inflammation, and reduce dark spots. Niacinamide can be used both twice a day. It can be exposed to sun or can be mixed with most of your active ingredients.

My favorite way to use niacinamide is to pair it with vitamin C during the daytime and pair it with niacinamide during the night.
